Mr. Haglan has worked with me for 5 years on the Twin Lakes Homeowner’s Association (HOA) Board of Directors, in Federal Way, Washington. This HOA encompasses more than 1,300 homes in King County.
During this time frame, Mr. Haglan assumed the management of the Security Patrol operated by the HOA. He revamped its operations, including hiring new personnel, developing operating procedures, and purchasing modern equipment. He also spearheaded neighborhood initiatives to improve the safety of the residents and to manage emergencies. By monitoring criminal trends, Mr. Haglan was able to take proactive steps to diminish impacts upon the Twin Lakes residents. These actions led to a reduction of crime in the HOA.
